The North Texas tornado outbreak that occurred on October 19th 2019 caused $2 billion in losses, and it's considered the costliest in state history. One year after the natural disaster entire communities are still struggling to recover from the devastation. Conrada Tercero, a business owner, said it's been the hardest year of her life, the building where she works was totally destroyed during the Tornado and a year later she adds there are still remanents of that tragic night. Churches, schools, homes and businesses are still closed down because they haven't been repaired.
